Just a friendly reminder from the Building Inspector that a building permit is required for replacement of hot air furnaces, hot water tanks, hot water boilers, replacement or installation of air conditioning systems, whole house generators, any alteration to gas piping and electrical circuits, roofs, siding, decks, windows and pools. For life/safety reasons, please keep your walkways and stairs free from ice and snow. If you have any questions, please contact the Building Inspector at: 845-457-9621.
