Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting scheduled for Monday, April 22^nd at 7:30PM has been cancelled due to no submissions.  It was to be held at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street; Montgomery, New York 12459.  This notice is sent to you pursuant to Section 95 of Public Officers Law.  Such meeting is open to the public.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery, New York, a local law entitled "A Local Law Amending Chapter 79 of The Village of Montgomery Code Entitled "Outdoor Dining, Seasonal", to remove the prohibition against alcohol sales and consumption for seasonal outdoor dining.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery on May 7, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid Introductory Local Law.

Any resident of the Village of Montgomery is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at:
