ZBA Public Hearing - ROWLEY DEVELOPMENT CORP

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of ROWLEY DEVELOPMENT CORP, on the referral from the Village Planning Board, for a waiver from Sections 122-25 (Off-Street Parking Space Requirements) pursuant to Section 122-30 (Exemptions and Waivers) of the Village of Montgomery Zoning Code to allow for the issuance of site plan approval to allow for the construction of 52 off-street parking spaces instead of the required 73.

The properties are located at 21-29, 33-39 and 41-49 Railroad Avenue in the Village of Montgomery and are designated on the Tax Maps as Section 202, Block 13, Lots 1.123, 5.21 and 5.22 and are located in the R-6 (1-2 Family) and B-2 (Village Business) Zoning Districts.

A copy of the application and all related documentation are on file in the Village of Montgomery Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours.

At the above-specified date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.  Written comments will be received by the Board no later than December 3, 2025.
