PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of Hanover Development, LLC, for Site Plan approval for the property located at 71-73 Clinton Street, designated on the Village tax map as Section 202, Block 3 Lot 4.2. The Project is located within the Village’s B-2 Zoning District.
The Site Plan Application proposes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building with commercial development on the ground floor and 11 residential apartments on the second and third floors. The site consists of 0.75 acres in the B-2 Zone and Bridge Street Historic District and is currently developed with a 3-story mixed-use building and paved parking lot.
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the Site Plan application and to consider any potential adverse environmental impacts pursuant to SEQRA. The Planning Board has declared itself Lead Agency for this Unlisted action.
At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Planning Board no later than October 29, 2025.
