PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549 to consider the application of Rowley Development Corp., for subdivision approval and site plan approval.
The property has frontage on Clinton, Charles and Union (NYS RT 211) streets and is designated on the Village tax map Section 202, Block 3, Lot 13. The Property is located in the R-6 (1 & 2 Family Residence) and B-2 (Village Business) zoning districts.
At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than December 22, 2021.
