PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York, 12549 on the application of James N. Wild for two, two lot subdivisions of properties located at 38 Union Street and 42 Union Street.   The applicant proposes to subdivide two existing lots into two lots each.  The subject properties are designated on the Village Tax Maps as Section 202, Block 5, Lots 4 and 5.  The applicant intends to construct two, new single-family dwellings on lots that front on Hanover Street.  

A copy of the subdivision application and related documentation is on file in the Village Clerk's Office for review during regular business hours.

At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.  Written comments will be received by the Board no later than September 26, 2018.
