PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on February 26, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York, 12549 on the application of Sophia and Guy Romano for a two lot subdivision of property located at 45 Union Street. The applicant proposes to subdivide an existing 22, 176 square foot lot into two lots with proposed Lot #1 being 11,172 square feet in size and occupied by an existing single-family dwelling and proposed Lot #2 being 11,004 square feet in size. The subject property is designated on the Village Tax Maps as Section 202, Block 6, Lot 7 and is located in the R-5 (single-family) residential district. The applicant intends to sell Lot #2.
A copy of the subdivision application and related documentation is on file in the Village Clerk's Office for review during regular business hours.
At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than February 26, 2020.
