PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York, 12549 on the application of City Winery Hudson Valley, LLC for site plan approval to permit the renovation and adaptive reuse of existing historic buildings for multiple uses including, but not limited to, a winery, a distillery, tasting rooms, indoor and outdoor cafes, a banquet venue, an outdoor event space and accessory parking. The property is located at 23 Factory Street and is designated on the Village of Montgomery Tax Maps as Section 204, Block 1, Lot 1 and is located in the new FS-PDD (Factory Street - Planned Development) zoning district authorized by the Village Board on February 5, 2019.
A copy of the site plan application and related documentation is on file in the Village Clerk's Office for review during regular business hours.
At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than February 27, 2019.
