PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on October 25, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York, 12549 on the application of the Village of Montgomery for a two lot subdivision of property located on the west side of Bachelor Street approximately at the intersection with Bridge Street. The applicant proposes to subdivide an existing 5.306 acre vacant lot into two lots with proposed Lot #1 being 2.857 acres in size and proposed Lot #2 being 2.449 acres in size. The subject property is designated on the Village Tax Maps as Section 205, Block 1, Lot 3. The Village intends to dedicate Lot #1 as parkland and to maintain Lot #2 as property to be used for municipal purposes only.

A copy of the subdivision application and related documentation is on file in the Village Clerk's Office for review during regular business hours.

At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than October 25, 2017.
