PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on March 22, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York, 12549 on the application of Devitt Management, on behalf on the F. Edward & Mary C. Devitt Family Trust, for a two lot subdivision for property located on River Street approximately 165 feet north of the intersection with Union Street (NYS RT 211). The applicant proposes to subdivide an existing 1.641 acre vacant lot into two lots with proposed Lot #1 being .78 acres in size and proposed Lot #2 being .861 acres in size. The subject property is designated on the Village Tax Maps as Section 208, Block 1, Lot 24.1 and is located in the R-4 (single-family) zoning districts.
A copy of the subdivision application and related documentation is on file in the Village Clerk's Office for review during regular business hours.
At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than March 22, 2017.
